Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Free standard shipping when you spend £100 or over.
We aim to process orders within three working days from order. Small items are dispatched using Royal Mail and larger or restricted items will be dispatched by courier. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and any orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once we have dispatched the items we cannot guarantee the date and time of delivery; and items dispatched by courier will require a signature.
Please note, if you place an order for an item/items which exceed 30kg (for example, large diameter rope, lengths of chain, heavy goods) we reserve the right to contact you to arrange an additional charge for delivery. Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund or exchange items, excluding the postage provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging undamaged with the packing slip and the reason for return. If you have any queries or would like a exchange contact us on 01261 835199 or shop@buccaneer-ltd.co.uk before returning the items.
We recommend using a signed for service and retaining the proof of delivery until you have been notified we have received the return as the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received at our address below.
